Full Journal pdf2003-04-11 House Journal Page 0940 HB 214 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 10, 2003, calendar (page 915), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 214(JUD) "An Act relating to the recovery of punitive damages against an employer who is determined to be vicariously liable for the act or omission of an employee; and providing for an effective date." Representative Harris placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall CSHB 214(JUD) pass the House?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Masek gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 214(JUD).
